Learning to drive within Royal Mail

My manager said they maybe teaching non driving employees to drive like they used to, but since he left a few months ago i have heard nothing more about it, does anyone know more about this? any help will be appreciated.

No, Royal Mail will probably just wait for non drivers to gradually go by natural wastage.
if they're not paying for elastic bands they're not going to cough up for driving lessons.
