Don't buck against it. That gets your pay stopped. If you're being genuine or otherwise, plan your attack: get everything down on paper that you want to get across, and study it. There's nothing worse than leaving the interview/hanging up the phone, and thinking I should have said this, this and this.

Tell them exactly how you're feeling, without holding back. Then enjoy your time off.

As previous poster said - write everything down study it, study it, study it. Memorize it.

Be truthful and honest, try not to over exaggerate.

I saw one of their doctors 10 years ago, he hated RM managers almost as much as we do.
