hi our rep has just chucked it , so can any reps on here tell me what you have to do and what goes into being a rep , do you have to do courses , training etc , thanks.

The branch will firstly have to advertise the vacancy to call for nominations.
If there is more than one nomination an election will take place.

On the same subject, we are a RMSS Relay unit based in a ParcelForce depot, are we entitled to have our own rep ( approx 20 staff), currently represented by a PF rep.

You need to contact the regional rep for guidance on this, there could possibly be a vacancy for another rep (deputy) that hasn't been filled for whatever reason. You will need to work with the PF rep no matter what if the whole unit is only CWU I would have thought.
