Royal mail changes

Hello people recently our area rep has posted posters of royal mail intentions regarding hours. Sick pay etc etc etc ive been with the company 7 years always worked full time and stuck on a 30 hour contract and to be honest like all of you on here are sick to death of royal mails intentions and changes after changes . its about time this union of ours and us the members laid down the law and stick it to them with a strike saying back off weve gone soft come on cwu what are you playing at . lads who are working full time arent getting contracts and full timers arent being replaced . yes its the way royal mails going but all of you know aswell as i do were busier than ever. Its about time the union called a strike .

Sorry to say it but after 3 years of privatisation the cogs are slowly beginning to turn and will begin to squeeze for more profit wherever they can.

The job probably won't be the same in as little as 5 years time.

To be fair Benson it's on its way out now. Used to be able to get the equivalent of a stay puffed marshmallow man most weeks, now it's down to a Casper if your lucky
