does anyone know the correct payment for polling cards we were told its 3.5pence x 2 making it 7pence per call is this the same for every office thanks

Every office is different but it should be between 3 (think) and 6.9 pence per item. We get 5.9 pence per item at our office whereas an office only 20 miles away gets 5.5 pence per item.(pisses them off too). Make sure to count poll cards and election material (addressed and unaddressed). Never heard of "think of a number and multiply it by 2" but management aren't usually too worried about the payments cos it's not coming out of their budget.
