Does anyone know what happens with your pension after dismissal ?

Sometimes it depends on the reason for dismissal as in certain criminal cases the courts can grant RM access to your pension under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

However, in most cases its frozen at the time of dismissal until your retirement date.
