Internal Vacancy

18 months ago I succesfully applied for a a vacancy in my office.
It was to be a reserve including Hybrid cover. It was a full time vacancy so I got my contracted hours increased.

Now some more vacancies are up on the board and I'd like to apply.
My DOM is telling me I can't because I need to do 2 years on a hybrid.
In the working agreement I can't find anything confirming this, just that it should be 12 months.
DOM is saying it is because my contracted hours was upped.

Anybody know where I stand ?

Ask your DOM to put all that in writing so you can show it your rep

You may find your problem goes away
