and ours workplace coach and rep fills his pockets like the rest of the cwu no wonder we are were we are and dont say get a vote of no confidence nobody wants the job as no back up from the top

Personally I find the opposite, the support I get as a rep comes from area and above, Ask the members to stand up for something it is usually met with appathy. A rep is stronger when the members back him.

IMO reps should set an example and work to the rules ( don't come in early, use methods ect ) one old time rep I knew once arranged himself some O/T after a strike day at 00:00 so he didn't break the strike but was able to make up the money he lost while helping the business lessen the impact of the strike

Never heard of a good descent rep doing this and has never happened in my office in 20 years.

Its disgraceful behaviour starting early
