if a walk is designed for a man who is unable to do his normal duty due to health problems and then 3 years later he gets an office job can the duty be applied for bye any able bodied person without any adjustment being made to it thanks :cuppa

Do you mean can they apply for it - yes they can.

But as it was an adjusted duty for a specific reason once the reason is removed then the duty can be readjusted back.

So while they can apply for it, they should not expect that changes won't be made. Also the business can make changes to it before they advertise it as long as the follow the relevant agreements (6 months and or 5% vacancies)
