'Way Forward' agreement 2000 - under the section 'Taking Leave' it says -
"Employees may not attend the office whilst on annual or other leave. This means that employees may not attend the office to work overtime or Scheduled Attendance"

Really? Then I'd say that this agreement is a total shambles, because people come in on A//L to do O/T ,all the time, mainly due to the resourcing problems that are endemic.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:'Way Forward' agreement 2000 - under the section 'Taking Leave' it says -

The amount of posts on this site on RM as an employer. B&H by line mangers, lapsing, increased workload, intimidation, unrealistic targets, unable to get days off when required but colleagues attending work when they should be on annual leave!!! They will be asking for a pay reduction next.

a few of the lads at ours used to come in on A/L on a regular basis. but it has just been stopped. no more is the message from above. it is no longer allowed. some of them are gutted. lino and DOM are like headless chickens.
