Apart from my saturday which is now only 30mins later and since network deliveries remain unchanged ,still get out much later. Fine if you can cut off at the old time but that will only work if flexibility as determined by operational requirements is not applied to saturdays . Is refusing to work till 14:30 on saturday unreasonable?

Yes - you would think so wouldn't you, especially as it is supposed to be the reason the agreement was made palatable, however there are two things that scream out:bulbhead42 wrote: The DIM at our office says later start times at our office are part of agreament not golng back to 5 am start on a saturdays . 1. Local Agreement
2. The network arrival time
