Advice please

It's a little bit complicated.
I worked in delivery until a month ago, working indoors on a job that was set aside for me involving administration and R.L.E. work. I have MS and covered by the equality act. A job vacancy arose in processing in a different office so I applied for a mail screening job and passed the initial test, did the training, just passed the final test on the second attempt. I've been struggling with the on-line testing which is constant (identify threats in the mail) even with some coaching. Today, one of the national trainers has withdrawn me from screening duties as I'm not capable of doing the job and I totally agree with him. I raised my concerns a couple of weeks ago as I knew I was struggling. My transfer hadn't gone through last week as processing didn't want to accept me until I was comfortable in my new role but my old office doesn't want me back!! This all happened this morning at the end of my shift so I haven't been able to speak to any manager or union rep, just wanted a heads up from you guys. It wasn't a case of not liking the job but I wasn't capable of doing it. HELP, where do I stand?
