Hello there
I today received a backpay of RRIS backpay due to me as I have not ever been paid it in the whole 5 years I have worked at RM, I should have received £35 each week, today my backpay has been put in my wages but does not accrue to 5 years worth, actually seems to be just over 3 years. I have questioned HR who referred me to my manager & my manager says it's nothing to do with him & has referred me to HR, question I have is should I receive full 5 year payment & who should be dealing with it?
Help I'm confused.
