outward vouching mail that needs ips in to all relevent postcode areas for example mail for the whole of ayrshire or paisley .Normally at christmas time to take pressure off mail centres

We have been asked at our place for volunteers to do nights over Christmas but you still have to do your normal duty. Total volunteers 0

we had the same here voulnteers to do nights plus your normal delivery .....same result..... nil volunteers lol were still havin trouble with a tw at of a manager so i see big cut offs all over christmas i wanna see him grovell on his knees and ill still tell him to fu ck off !

Mail is failing spec all over and RM are in a tizz. The truth is that managers cannot run an adequate service without our goodwill.
Goodwill has been withdrawn, as a matter of self respect, and now they come running for us to help out.

rumour at Sevenoaks delivery office is that they're gonna ask us to revert back to 5am starts just for the xmas pressure period . . . . . . if we can't do it the rest of the year then why the feck should we do it just when it suits them . . . . poke your pressure period arrangements up your arse, I'm still working my hours and doing the job properly :angel
