Hi, i am hoping that you have been paid extra to come in early??
If you don't want to come in at 7 then you don't have to, if you are only contracted to do 25 hours and you only want to do 25 hours then no one can make you come in early. are you on a permanent contract or a temporary?
To be honest though i don't see the point of 25 hour contracts as they don't tie in to most offices duty structures, i would imagine the duties that you are on are 28-30 hour duties which is why they are getting you in early..
