Start time for PT covering FT duty
If a PT is covering a FT vanshare duty can the DOM change their start time on a whim? In our office a select few are randomly told by the DOM to start an hour later than when the duty is supposed to start, this has a knock on effect on less bodies doing IPS, and the PTer playing catch up when they come in as their partner isn't allowed to double prep. It's caused more than a few arguments.

Start time for PT covering FT duty
If its overtime hours then yes they can.
Just because the PT is covering a FT duty there is no legal right, or as far as I know, an agreement that allows a PT to insist on starting at the FTs usual time. Although a rep would always suggest it in the weekly meeting.
Can they force the PTimer to start early, or work over their contract hours, no they can ask, but that cannot dictate.
