Update on contract

Hi guys
A year ago ive applied for work as a postman on part time hours 23h24m 3 days a week across Monday to Saturday from 6.15am until 14.03pm.about two weeks ago been told that my working days will increase by one but now received update and it says 31h20m but doesn't say 4 days a week or anything else just hours. My manager says he will change my working hours and days he want me doing 5 days a week on delivery only for 6h16m a day.but this is not good for me as I've been doing just 4days a week for 7h48m and I've told him but he's reply was 'he can do whatever suits him'
Hopefully I've make all this situation clear if not pls ask me for more details

et your increased contract then stick a family friendly up his arse to say u can only work 4 days but will do all your contracted hours
