Is this a Red Cross Collection?

Started Collections a few weeks ago, I been trying to clarify


One location has International Signed Fors, I have them in to the Office when I return


Another location has multiple Special Deliveries, I also hand them in.


With regards the PDA, is this Red Cross or not? so far I am saying no and just filling out the little special delivery book and returning the sheet, however there is some kind of sampling going on that my Manager mentioned to me on a particular day and has told me to put all the Red-Cross onto one York with a dated leter from the International Signed For company.

You should be advised of Red X's as and when they are requested by revenue protection - a message will be sent to your DOM requesting Red X on certain items from certain collection points on a certain day. This instruction will be accompanied by the appropriate number of white labels with big red X's on them.

When you collect the mail, attach the Red X label to the appropriate bags, keep them separate(ish).
Assuming you have a set up like us (collections return to the yard and sort the different stuff into different yorks for the lorry to take away) Highlight the Red X collection items to the driver, and when he returns to the mail centre he should ensure these items stay segregated and get to the revenue protection team.

If you take your stuff straight to the mail centre, I would assume someone will be able to point you in the right direction to make sure RP get the Red X stuff
