After an atos phone consultation how long till manager and me get a report and am scared they will force me back to work when I know am not fit

Should be 24 hours after consultation. You will receive a copy of tis report and OH Assist recommendations on what you have described in your telephone conversation if you dispute this you can request a further referral and request a face to face interview. Currently RM can disregard the recommendations of OH Assist which will be at RM risk and have you return to work and failure may lead to stoppage of wages. RM have been known to have employees attend work and do absolutely NOTHING knowing as they are paying your full wages and not at home where you may be enjoying yourself.

stick to what your doctor or consultant says , dims aren't qualified and atos cant diagnose you over the phone , if atos try and get you back to work or dim trys getting you back before your better stick a grievance in against him / her and go back to your docs and tell them its giving you stress , they will leave you alone then , its disgusting , I chopped the top off my finger in an accident and after a few ops they tried saying because it wasn't my dominate hand why I couldn't do any work ? so I told them how do I lift anything and how do I push trolleys etc ? isn't that a h&s issue ,so they left me alone so that pissed on the dims fire who thought he would try it on , good luck and don't let them intimidate you.
