This week is the last chance for colleagues who are parents or carers to let us know how we can offer more support.

A survey by our Parents and Carers steering group is available HERE. Many of our people balance parental and caring responsibilities with their career and the Parents and Carers steering group advocates for them.

Our head of Group HR Jon Millidge encourages colleagues to take part in the survey: ‘Every day our people prioritise in order to balance family, caring, and work commitments. We want to understand the daily challenges and provide people with the support they need to reach their potential.’

‘We’d like to hear from you directly about what is going well and what we could do differently.’

We are a member of Employers for Carers, an organisation set up by several organisations in partnership with the charity Carers UK.
