Hybrid Duties
We are now into our delivery repick before we move out of the old POMC in September. As there wil be no late turn at the new place pm collections will be covered by SA, docket and hybrid duties. Would like to hear from anyone doing a hybrid - what they are like, 9 day fortnights etc etc. Struck me that they could be murder at Christmas with few people available for pressure.
How much worse can it get? A LOT F****** WORSE !!!

Hybrid Duties
My Duty is a hybrid I don't find it to bad at all. It's included in the normal working pattern though with the floating day off. December can be a long month though during the Christmas pressure .
