not efficient enough

New Area manager in our division looks like he has just left college

Comes into our office whilst we are on our walks and rips down all personal pictures from our frames.
Then tells some people they are not efficient enough.
Problem is he thinks the people who come into work an hour early and finish on time ARE efficient but someone who comes in at the PROPER start time and go over by an hour are NOT efficient
Cant see him lasting long as he's the 3rd area manager we have had in 3 years

when someone does that it shows everything about their character, hopefully your office will unite over this and do everything by the book.

There's two in my office come in early, no break, run around doing favours for the management, just to finish for lunch time and go home two hours early, management turn the other cheek but their labelled as efficient

Early starters and no break workers have cost us full time jobs and managers love them.

Surely your manager should be testing you using the official methods before labelling anybody innefficient. Recently came to blows with my manager about this. My inefficiencies have not been mentioned since funnily enough.

We had a fresh graduate manager as well for a very brief period. We saw him on the day he started and never saw him since.
