Royal Mail long term incentive plan??

Got the annual general meeting literature through and had a quick look through it.

One thing caught my eye, vote yes/no/vote with held on something called ' LTIP, or long term incentive plan'.

Anyone know what LTIP is because I haven't heard anything about!

yes its a Directors Bonus which is why they need shareholder approval

LTIP
During 2013-14, the Company exceeded the
challenging performance targets that were set
in 2011 for Operating Profits and Return on
Total Assets as part of the LTIP. As a result,
the LTIP that was awarded in 2011 vested in
full for each of the three Executive Directors.
The Committee had no reason to use its
discretion to reduce it. More details of the
LTIP payout can be found on page 66.

This director lark is a good little number,or a huge great one actually, money for old rope,we do all the work,they get all the spoils. Which is nice.
