Wallington to Tues/Sat

I currently work the Wallington system (5 weeks on/1 week off) but there's rumours in my mail centre that we are all going to be working Tuesday to Saturday. Can the company force me to change from one to the other if it is against my wishes?

short answer is yes as long as they give appropriate notice, but there is ways to fight against changes, best thing is to speak to your rep and maybe get him to put in a stage 1 disagreement over it.
