Out of interest,
We are 20% non drivers (passengers and HCT walks)
About 40% contracted drivers (i.e. a condition of employment within the last decade or so)
About 40% drivers who have been in the company 10 years plus.
So, when it comes to the next round of duty picks, surely only those contracted to drive can be made to perform driving duties. Anyone choosing to do so should be their own choice?

What % of your office are drivers these days?
In our office the vast majority of us are expected to drive if needed. As far as I'm aware there's only a few who are not assessed for driving. I think all new starts in our office get van assessed as part of their induction. But in terms of the duties, I'd say it's more than half that are drivers, 8 HCTs, and the rest passengers.
