Repick and I wasn't asked because manager wants me as a rese

Hi.

I'm very unhappy. We recently had a repick at my office which delighted me as I'm really unhappy being the dogsbody on my section. I've been waiting since October for shoes, at 18.40 tonight (Sunday) I got a text letting me know my day off next week as manager didn't do rota Saturday (was still finished by 12 though...), and generally it's a case of if it's crap I get it. So news of a repick was great.

I realised something was wrong when a colleague 4 places below me on the seniority list asked me what I'd gone for, then another colleagues 10 places below them asked me same. I contacted my manager who said the repick hadn't been done. I then contacted the Union who informed me that I was being increased fro 25 hrs reserve to 30 because it's what I'd told my manager I wanted! Categorically this never happened!!!

I've now been told I have choice of 3 different rounds 28-30 hours but this is still not resolved.

What can I do in this situation? I really feel like I'm going to flip if I have another 50 hour week on that God awful section!

Usually find management take the piss with people who are part timers in contract but work 50hrs a week. It's a dream for them, they think you're desperate for the money and so will ride roughshod over you.

When we have a repick/resign, we literally sign for our duty.
So, I'd ask for proof I selected what they were claiming I had.

Our rep decided we didn't need a revision or resign, has a "ring-fenced" job and was worried he would lose it, drinks coffee with the managers all morning, is this what I pay my money for?

And where ever it is, I wouldn't put up with it.

The area rep is happy with all this too, union has never been so weak in our office.
