Last year we started the Big Conversation – an opportunity for you to tell us about how we can improve our business.

So far, more than 23,000 colleagues have taken part. They have shared feedback on what they think is going well and given us ideas on how we can improve. We’d like to say a big ‘thank you’ to everyone who has taken part so far.

But we haven’t finished yet. We’d like to hear from many more of you over the coming months and there’s still plenty of time to get involved.

Our chief operations officer Sue Whalley said: ‘The Big Conversation has given us lots of food for thought and you’ll be hearing more about it throughout the year. We are really keen to hear from as many of you as possible. The Big Conversation is just getting started.’

Strange how these sort of ideas always come out around the same time as "Have your say". Anyone would think they're trying to influence the results

Had this at WTL this week, again what a load of crap. I can't believe that RM employs someone to come up with this rubbish. Same type of rubbish as RM giving DOMs Christmas cards, or staff feel left out if no-one says 'Thank you' for doing your job that you are paid for.

When Walley said thank you, it looked as though some-one had slapped her ass and was sucking on a lemon at teh same time.

RM produce so much condensing crap for staff, I'm surprised they have time to think of other way to stuff us!
