Evening
I have recently been classed as disabled by OH Assist due to an ongoing problem that has lasted almost two years.
am I right in thinking that if a suitable duty becomes available that it can be ring fenced for myself so to keep me in a job?
want to make sure of my next move rather than be forced to take IHR
Thanks

there are two answers.
Is your current duty meeting your needs or is an adjustment needed based on this Oh report?
The second would be that during repick suitable jobs should be identified to meet your needs and possible ring fence situation could occur.
If you check with your branch who the equality officer is, they should be able to help.
