holiday pay

i am on a 10 hour permanent contract and on average work about 45 hours a week and have done for over a year now just wanted to know about holiday pay as when on holiday i only get paid 10 hours as i thought a new ruling had come in that you should be paid an average of your hours over the last 12 weeks worked and not what your contracted hours were

the legal implications are still under review I belive
