Extra Saturday off query

If a unit has a 2 Saturdays off in 6 attendance pattern, do new recruits (25 hour permanent) who work every week with overtime up to 39 hours, similar to their full time colleagues, attract the extra Saturday off as well?

It depends entirely what was agreed locally for these duties in the last revision, ie some offices specifically recruited saturday only part time staff to enable the extra saturdays off, so in that case the answer would more than likely be no the saturday only staff won't be entitled to extra saturdays off. It's all down to the local revision

Probably a job share which the rotation fits in with that duty but as it is part time it would not be available to full timers.
