The Royal Mail Sports Foundation can help you, or your team, with funding of up to £500 to buy kit or equipment for your sport.

Last year, we helped colleagues ranging from enthusiastic amateurs to elite level performers. We have given funding for many different sports, from mainstream activities such as football, rugby and cricket to wheelchair badminton, water polo and laido (a type of martial art).

Full terms and conditions are available on the application site but to be eligible, you need to be a permanent employee of Royal Mail Group. If you are applying for a grant for a team, the team must consist of at least 50% Royal Mail employees or their children.

If you’re applying as an individual, the sport must be a recognised ‘Sport for All’ activity. You will also be expected to provide evidence of your participation and what the money will be spent on.

The annual application window will close on 18 March and the grants will be processed during April and May. For more information and to apply, please click here...

Please note that the annual application window will then not re-open until 2017.
