Oxford night shift
There are 13 delivery offices in Oxforshire. A friend of mine rang me up today and said that ONLY one delivery office will carry just a hand full of night duties becase this delivery office has lots of bulk and city deliveries.Mail comes in during all night from neighbouring mail centre. This delivery office has more than 100 deliveries which start 6 am. Couple of years ago there were quite a few number of night duties in 6 different delivery offices in Oxon. Night duties go and would be more presure on delivery staff in the morning , more to sort and late to get out of the office.
