Dear Stephen,
Thank you for your email.
As you will now know, an agreement has been reached and endorsed by the Union’s Postal Executive. This will shortly go out to ballot of all the members.
The problem with ‘royalmailchat’, is that its anonymity does not create an accountable debate. Nor does it seem to encourage the establishment of a serious policy for the members. Copies of the deal have been circulated to all Branches. There will also be direct correspondence to members at home.
Yours sincerely,
BILLY HAYES
GENERAL SECRETARY

Dear Billy and Dave, I appreciate that you are in the middle of delicate negotiations but a lot of members , including myself, are becoming very frustrated when you promise information on our website and it does not appear.
For example see below: Your site never did make the update and it is very annoying! Just a few lines at the end of each day would ease a lot of anger. If you want to see how annoyed members are go to www.royalmailchat.co.uk. Please update us!

Oh ! it's that mentality , we can't take any criticism and we're very thin -skinned , can you do any better ? , bit -damm you for your impudence ? . Just one step down from White & Lawson in Hellfail -"staff think they could run offices but in reality can't as RM is a complex organisation ".RMC's job is to constructively oppose , it's called democracy from your members who pay your wages Billy Bunter !. As for the annoymity not creating a accountable debate -RM / Hellfail certainly think otherwise !-all the suspensions , deliberate smears and people being "invited " in for cosy chats . Bit glib & flippant Billy ? can't all be fifth column troublemakers eh?stephen500 wrote:Dear Stephen,

He hasn't answered your question at all, and has merely criticised the only place where we can all have a serious discussion about the issues involved, regardless of where we live.
I am thoroughly disgusted with Billy Hayes! So much for representing us eh?!?

Is that the same sort of anonymity we got with the PEC vote,or the same sort of accountability that went along with the confidential negotiations? What an inneffective lightweight
