Lets be honest reps at a local level do a sterling job but i have to say at national level I cant really put my faith in them anymore.
Why did we give Roal Mail that months grace surely a massive mistake.
And be honest how can a union like ours forget to inform the management about numbers hence making the strike illegal I mean please.
And dont even get me started on telling local reps at a time like this that they cant enter into negotiation I mean if I were cynical I would see this as our top union members giving management the green light to bring in things unopposed as local reps cant discuss with management.
Oh thats if im cynical of course which im not well ish.

Yes I have to agree with you area reps at local level do a sterling job. Well ours dose , but as you say national level they just like those two twat's who run RM seem a bit out of touch. At the end of the day we can only really let them know how we feel when it comes to the next election and see how many of them get voted back in.
