sacked when can reapply

Somebody at my office was sacked last year for wilful delay he's asked to find out if he can ever reapply? I know even if he can chances they would take him back is slim.

If you are sacked proper 20 years debarment from Royal Mail and its companies

I don't beleave you can reapply once dismissed.

you can apply to work anywhere, your friend may not have their application considered but they may apply.

Can reapply anytime but what would be the point as they would never be reemployed?

royal mail would like him to reapply so they can give him payback and do some wilful delay on processing his application lol

He wouldn't get on at RM but I know of someone who was fired from RM and was taken on at Parcelforce as an employee some years later.

If he's applying for a managerial role I don't see a problem. Wilful delay must surely be listed in the job description.

I don't doubt you're correct about a debarment from Royal Mail for 20 years, but I can't see it being in a CWU document.
Surely it's up to Royal Mail to decide employment policy.
