Can someone help me out my family going away to Florida next year aug time and they want me and my kids to go it\'s somein would like to go will Royal Mail give me 2 weeks unpaid leave or what way can I apply for unpaid leave.

you can book it for 2 weeks paid leave as everyone get 4 week of annual leave. But it might be hard to get it due to being high demand.

This is the only job i've ever had where you struggle to book leave 12 months in advance

I made the mistake of buying extra holidays this year, would have been good to have taken them!
