Attendance Stages
Can anybody tell me the days or periods that trigger a stage warning.'Managers treating us like kids hiding behind walls on a Saturday morning to see what time we return. Might as well start to introduce the old fashioned Whitley:, remember those days

So does this mean that if you're on review 1 and don't have any sick in the following 6 months your stage 1 expires ?

yes - but watch out as sometimes sick periods can be counted twice towards stage 1s.
