Dear Colleague,

Integrated Delivery Programme – Customer & You (Enquiry Office Opening Times)

Branches and CWU Representatives will be aware of the ongoing dialogue between the Union and Royal Mail regarding Enquiry Offices.

Part of this project has been to establish a data source containing the current opening times of all Enquiry Offices across the UK and as a consequence we have now been sent the attached file which Royal Mail believes is accurate and up to date, although they do recognise that there may be a small amount of anomalies.

In order for us to be working from a reliable data source it would be appreciated if Branches/CWU Representatives could check the information provided for those offices they are responsible for in the attached file, and send/report any identified inaccuracies to the Outdoor Department as soon as possible so that the file can be updated accordingly. Your cooperation is appreciated.
