Sick pay entitlement - 2nd time claim. Help needed pls

Hi all, my husband was signed off sick last year for 6 months due to bullying resulting in a nervous breakdown. We very nearly lost him. He went back to work in December but is now going downhill again. A plan had put in place for support and retraining but nothing has happened.
The main question is sick pay entitlement... He had 6 months of full pay then went back to work on anti depressants.
Now if he is signed off again, will he get full entitlement again Or Not

Six months full pay, then six months half pay,in a 4 year period

And if you get any benefits,like housing/tax credits ect ,you inform them of a temporary loss of wages and your entitlements should go up while you are on less money.
