stage 2 grievance, no responce

stage 2 grievance, no responce

put in a stage 2 grievance in november. ive still heard nothing. ive spoken to manager. when i speak to area reps all they say is were reviewing this on a national level but i feel let down as this is a personal thing im trying to push. its about my contract btw. ive e-mail moy about 10 timers and everytime i get told the dsm will meet with you this week bla bla but i hear nothing. what next?

Tell them that you are going the raise this situation with your MP,it worked for me very quickly.

take it up to a stage 3 have a word with your rep.

i hope you get some joy, even if its only a meeting. this is disgraceful from our union.
Yes, we may not know all the facts but, being left since November is shameful.

sounds a bit like leave it and it'll go away. You must be asking some difficult questions.

I went through the same thing 18 months ago. I finally contacted B & H on the advice of OHS. This duly got my case heard although it took a further 2 months.
Personally speaking, I wouldn't hold out much hope in getting the right result, even though I don't know your case.
Grievances are heard by managers and after stage 2 has been rejected then you'll file stage 3.
Again heard my a manager but this time the decision is final. No appeal.
