The longer this goes on, the more i think we are being sold down the river, if the cwu leadership sell us out, :no no :no no :no no we need to use whatever procedres we can to remove them, they have got to go simply for not realising the resolve of there members, im 100% certain if they call a four day strike again they stay out rate would be the same. Maybe we need to take matters into are own hands? Im discusted at the leadership and im proud of the membership, lets take control of our own union!!! :evil/mad :evil/mad :evil/mad

Gotta say Xopher you have suprised me not with your opinion we talked enough about that on the picket line, but your Depth of feeling Mate.
As xopther will have heard yesterday at work no one we talked to had any thing good to say about this deal and I did'nt hear any one say that they were going to vote yes ,pity this is'nt a show of hands instead of a Ballet.

Because like me your a sceptic - how many people say they are voting no just to belong to the group but will actually vote Yes. I for one will vote NO - not to follow the gang but because its a bad deal.

Partly because the bullies on this site make sure that people who post anything that doesn't support the militant SWP line get so much abuse that the balance of posts doesnt really reflect what many members are feeling

I'd love to work at another office at short notice...by the time they get you there, then taken your break, sorted, bagged up and gotten to the delivery it will be time to think about getting back to the office for the journey home...

Add to this that posties wont be familiar with other walks/routes and very little work will get done (believe me, ive done routes in other 'nearby' offices and gotten completely lost)

Why do Royal Mail seem to pride themselves on dreaming up crackpot schemes that to any other human being appear ludicrous? (Starburst, Job and finish anyone?)

I don't support the SWP line and I've never been bullied on here. How do you bully someone you don't know and are unlikely to meet anyway? Now bugger off back to Hellfail because all you've ever done on here is support Allan and Adam.

We'll see that when it comes to the ballot result, which I bet will be some way from the 80%+ no vote that you'd expect reading the posts and polls on here.
The other site has a vote with 55% at this moment rejecting it. I do take your point, but if even a perceived RM pro site has it being voted out, it is interesting.

However, the counter argument being that only activists at either end of the spectrum would post to either site, certainly holds water.

Yes you could call the majority on here "MILITANT" but i feel this is a feeling of more than just a "WEB VOTE" the feeling i get from lots n lots of posties and public is a support for NOT LETTING THESE PROPOSELS THRU,,, So i feel a Big NO vote is backed thru the lands....

Lets hope this comes into practice :pray :pray :pray :pray :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause

IF WE LOSE THIS WE MIGHT AS WELL WORK CHAINED TO OUR RM2000's WITH TRACKERS ON US WHEN OUT DELIVERING...

And a pension not worth a bean...
