Billy Hayes has unilaterally pulled all the local delivery strikes for next weekend before an agreement has been reached. Why take that pressure point off. Who is pulling his strings.

It's the best part of ten years since Billy fought 'them'. That was when his mates in the Labour Government decided to close Copperas Hill. Billy made a speech, pointed at the sky several times and made one of those fierce faces expected of left-wing Labour members before turning around to see the face of Angela Eagle, Labour MP for Liverpool, Garston and remembering his place in the scheme of things.
