Whistl redirection stickers!!

Today i came across a letter that had a whistl redirection sticker on it with one of their 'delivered by royal mail' stickers on top....
Has royal mail started to pass the redirections onto whistl????? i ask because i had to stick one of our redirection sticker onto said letter.

Royal mail agreed to give TNT Whistl access to our redirection service a few months back. So now if they f**k up we get counseled by a coach

Err no im not

It had a whistl redirection sticker on the letter which didnt cover the original address, it also had a delivered by royal mail sticker on top of their redirection sticker.

So now we agree to deliver the letters they cant be bothered to deliver and they can have access to our redirection!!!!! Makes me wonder why royal mail is being so helpful to the competion

This was announced a while ago to the staff at the Redirection Centre; only in the NW and HA postcodes currently, but if it works then they'll be extending it. They have their own little stickers to use and apparently they are paying a lot of money for access - and for our Customer Service to handle any complaints that come up.
