Workplace Coach Training Course

I would be interested to hear from anyone that has recently undertaken the new training course for WPC's.
At the moment folks in our area who have been successfull in their application are waiting over 2 months
to go on course,with the nearest office where training can be undertaken being over 200miles away.
It just seems typical of Royal Mail to put a lot of effort in to this scheme but for local areas to not resource it properly.
All this does is to undermine the goodwill of those involved and question is this just another box ticking exercise.

Took me 18 months to get on the course and that was at an office 5 miles away Then on the otherhand if you need training, maybe you shouldn't be the coach

If u become workplace coach then u must go on training course, it is standard to go it
