What are you on about? What video? Nothing there, just an ordinary facebook page, no video about it in the news where has this gone viral?

Is this some sort of scam to get a list of facebook RMC members names?

I was one of the first to report it and it looks as though Facebook or the Original Poster has withdrawn it because of the number of complaints.

I'm not sure that the victim is a postie as I've seen lots of other trades people wearing that type of high viz coat but no matter who it is it doesn't make it ok to do this sort of thing . Lots of cycling forums have been all over this and Facebook initially refused to take the video down as it didn't break any of their rules

99% sure that is a RM jacket, the black shoulder patch matches and I think you can see the white surround of the crown logo just as he gets pushed.

No, anyone can report a crime and the Police are duty bound to investigate. Likewise the CPS can prosecute someone if they deem it's in the public interest (safety of the public) even if the victim doesn't want to prosecute.

Look like Gypsies to me, you can see them driving round a large unkempt yard with a caravan in it and talking in Irish accents in another vid on the guys site.

'It was me who reported it to london police (and maybe others did too). They got back to me and said they couldn't take it any further because they don't know where it happened. If only we could find the victim...'

So we think a Postie was assaulted on his way home from work in London recently.

The Met Police have apparently said they can't investigate as they don't know who he is or any of the details.

If you work in London please ask around and if you track him down tell him to make a complaint at any Police station because the details of who was in the car and who pushed him are known. As well as getting these idiots justice he could get a small payout for the distress and any injury he might have sustained.
