Apparently Ward said at a recent briefing that the 2.8% (from the last agreement) is the least we will accept.

With more possible job redundancies in the future, a decent pay rise is the least thing that we can expect, especially as there will be fewer of us to manage the work.
Our office has not recruited anyone even though full-time staff left the business two years ago!!
