Moving duty

Hey, signed for a duty about a year ago, however as soon as theres holidays etc, I get moved to another duty and a select few in the office cover mine on overtime, can I refuse to move duty? Cheers

It's not your duty , it's RMs duty!

You may have a case if you feel you are being victimised and are the only one being moved about but in general they can move you about as much as they like due to "operational needs". It's shitty but that's not unusual for RM these days is it?!

Have they said why they only move you? Is the duty you signed for particularly suitable for overtimers for some reason?

I had a similar problem a few years ago kept getting asked to cover my old duty one day I refused and got threatened with suspension

Its a town duty and one of the lighter duties in the office and yes its usually only me that gets moved
