New career development site is coming soon

The Employee Survey is your opportunity to tell us what we can do to help you. Last year, one of the areas you focused on was a desire for more advice and information on how you can progress within Royal Mail.

As a result of this, local vacancies are now being advertised on business screens across Operations. And our new SuccessFactors recruitment site will launch soon. The site will make it easier to search for suitable vacancies, set up multiple job alerts and track your applications.

Your feedback told us you wanted to know about more than simply promotion opportunities; it could be how to become a first aider, a workplace coach, or a union representative.

This feedback led to the development of a new careers site, which launches next month. .

The site will have all the information you need to help you take control of your development, from where to get support, to how to build the perfect CV.

We’ll have more information on both new sites in the coming weeks.

This year’s Employee Survey takes place between Monday 9 – Friday 27 March.
