1 postie asks line manager
2 if line manager does not know he asks the
3 office deputy manager who if he does not know asks
4 the office manager who if he does not know asks
5 the DOMs assistant who if he does not know asks
6 the DOM who totally ignores the first question and hopes it goes away

always said we can never have to many managers
shame there is now not enough posties to do the work though

Not good you should just take your meal breaks and time weigh your bags (it is a health and safety requirement and I bet the scales are not working even if they are there) use the delivery revision equipment i.e. trolleys use delivery to neighbour if required. Don't come in and work for nothing and don't go over your time without being paid.
