holiday pay for part time staff

i have been with royal mail now working as a postman for 3 months on a fixed term 10 hour contract i just wanted to know how holiday pay is paid if i have a week off as i am doing 40hrs plus a week eg this week i am doing 54hrs last week i did 47hrs would i get paid an average of what i worked or just the standard 10hrs

unfortunately you will only get paid your contracted hours (10), regardless of how many hours a week you work on average.

10 hr Saturday only contracts maybe works in a mc
